Flow yoga Competition - 2024
Hello Yoga Lovers,
Every year we are conducting programs on International Yoga Day. But because of the very bad situation of Covid-19, this year also we are conducting an online Yoga competition. The competition is in collaboration with Arogyabharathi Keralam and Rabindranatha Tagore University . This competition is in 4 categories. All are welcomed to participate in this.

Need to submit 5 asanas, 4 from the list and one as you like
Need to upload one photograph of each asanas and a video with all asanas (less than 3 minute)
You need to upload the photos in website.

Submitted photographs and video will be showcase in our website. videos will be in youtube
Attach an age proof ID.
Select the group such that the what is the age before Jan 1st.
Use the same dress for photos and videos.
Last Date of Registration 15th June 2021 12 Noon.
Results will be published on 21st June 2021.
Cash Prize of Rs.2500 for Champions and Encouragement gifts for other winners. The prize amount will transfer to the winners accounts within 10 days of result declaration.
All participants will get digital certificates and the same will send by email within 10 days of result declaration.

ഓരോ ആസനത്തിന്റെയും ഓരോ ഫോട്ടോയ്‌ക്കൊപ്പം എല്ലാ ആസനങ്ങളും ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന 3 മിനുറ്റിൽ കൂടാത്ത വീഡിയോ തയ്യാറാക്കണം.
